You know you need to stay in shape, but you dread going to the gym. It’s crowded, you don’t know anyone, you have to wait for the machines, and you never know if you’re using the equipment correctly or if you have the right technique.

Before finding Driller, I would dread the gym. I did it… Once, twice a week, go to the gym, start with cardio and then use the machines to attempt what I thought would help me lose weight. I hated it, I had no idea what I was doing and I didn’t enjoy it. I would spend 1-2 hours there, sometimes leaving like I never did anything.

Or maybe you have a hard time sticking to a training program or fitness routine. A typical scenario is you start a new program with tons of excitement, and maybe even see a little progress, but life gets in the way after a few weeks and things fall apart.

For the past few years, I had been doing this recurring cycle of gaining/losing weight; eating healthy, and then binging on junk food; enthusiastically starting a new exercise program, and then giving it up for lounging on the couch.  I travel a lot for work, so it had been my consistent excuse for not wanting to pay an expensive gym membership, but in reality, it had just become a crutch

Maybe you’ve joined a gym, tried some fitness classes, did some running and are enjoying it but you just aren’t getting results. You look the same! And weigh the same!

I was working out an hour a day but was not getting the results I wanted, was not losing any weight or seeing any difference on my body, it was really frustrating. I tried alternating cardio classes with weights but after a year and a half I decided to quit … I just gave up.

Maybe you’ve even tried a few similar programs in the past, but just never caught on to the vibe of the place or found the one that was right for you.

I started CrossFit at another local gym and liked the idea of it, but didn’t like the way some of the members and instructors made me feel. It took about two days before I noticed that Driller was definitely different.

Our athletes lose weight, get stronger, look better on the beach, heal injuries, learn skills they never thought they’d try, and completely change their lives through fitness. Here is what some of them have to say.

Within 2 weeks my clothes were fitting looser. I feel more confident. I look and feel stronger. I’m so glad I gave it a chance. So far I’ve reached my first “big” goal for myself, which was getting down to my pre-pregnancy weight. I cannot wait to see what happens over the next year!

Driller has helped me with my confidence and for the first time in a long time I have been able to control my anxiety and now I like what I see in the mirror. I love finding changes in how my clothes fits and that makes me really happy.

The biggest change is that working out is no longer a chore, but something I actually enjoy!  I may not always enjoy it during the actual workout (especially on running days), but the sense of accomplishment when I finish is the best high!

Before Driller I visited the chiropractor regularly for adjustments but it was always the same thing. After 5 months here, I went to get back to normal adjustment. The first thing out of his mouth was “You’re looking good! You’re in good shape, your right leg is barely an eighth of an inch shorter and then your Ieft (compared to the usual full inch).” Then he asked me what I had been doing. I told him and he told me to keep it up.

I’d already been working out before I got here, but I still lost 7lb in the first 2 weeks.

Just had my cholesterol rechecked. All I’ve really done different in the last 15 months is Driller. Cholesterol is down 57 points!
