We Come Up With A Plan of Success
From the very first day we set you up on a program, everything is figured out for you. From your nutrition, fitness, and supplements, everything is fine tuned and planned out specifically for you and your fitness goal. We’ll guide you as to when to come, which sessions to attend, and of course what to do when you’re here.
Our personal approach and focus on our clients is what makes us different.
We do not simply sign you up, take your money and throw you out on the floor to figure it out.
We’re going to come up with a plan that is specific to you, your goals, your history, injuries, and interests.
Ultimately what you need to get results may be different than the person next to you, so we’re going to come up with the best plan for YOUR success.
Start with Personal Training
Group classes can be scary at first. You don’t know anyone, some people look very fit and some of the movements are things you may not have seen before and you might even have an existing injury you might be worried about. We understand exactly how you feel and we want to bring you into our gym in a way that makes you feel confident, excited and worry free.There is no cookie cutter way to introduce you to our programs and that’s exactly why all of our members start out 1-on-1 with a certified Personal Trainer in what we call our Fitness Development Program.
We will teach you the movements we do in the gym in a safe environment without adding intensity, until you show proficiency in the movements. It’s also designed to get you acquainted with your coach for life and to start to meet some of the members in the gym without being involved in the class just yet.
Most of our members continue honing their technique and nutrition with ongoing personal training alongside their group memberships. We call these our Hybrid Memberships.
Transition to Small Group Classes
By this point you’ll be ready and excited to join our group classes! Make the transition as fast or as slow as you want by combining personal training and our small group classes.
We are staffed with a 10:1 client to coach ratio so there is always a coach on the floor with you, readily available to answer questions and to provide encouragement and motivation. Our clients find this works really well as they get specialized attention but have the camaraderie of being with others. So not only do you get the benefit of the coaches’ attention, you’ll see it’s not uncommon for members to be supporting and encouraging each other as well. These sessions run all day long, and you just pick a time that works well for you.
We Check-In Consistently
In addition to your supervised workouts, all our clients receive regular quarterly check-ins.
These meetings occur each month as an opportunity to sit down, see what’s going well, what you’re struggling with, and answer what questions you have.
We also use this time to chat nutrition, take progress measurements, and create a plan of attack for the next season.
Your Plan Evolves With You
Your program evolves based on how you and your body are responding, as well as information collected during sessions and regularly scheduled Strategy Sessions with our coaches. We will manipulate and change your plan on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to ensure that you get the results you desire.
Life is not linear.
Things will change.
Whether it’s a modification because of an injury, a tweak because things aren’t working, or you have a new goal you want to go after, we’ll keep your plan evolving with you.
